بررسی روابط بلندمدت نیروی کار، جمعیت و تولید ناخالص داخلی در ایران: مدل تابع تولید کاب داگلاس

چکیده

هدف: این تحقیق با هدف بررسی تأثیرات نیروی کار، جمعیت و سرمایه بر تولید ناخالص داخلی (GDP) ایران انجام شده است. در این راستا، روابط بلندمدت و کوتاه‌مدت میان این متغیرها تحلیل و سهم هر یک در رشد اقتصادی کشور مشخص گردید.

روش تحقیق: این پژوهش با استفاده از مدل خودرگرسیون با وقفه‌های توزیعی (ARDL) و تابع تولید کاب داگلاس انجام شده است. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار EViews تحلیل شده و آزمون هم‌انباشتگی برای ارزیابی روابط بلندمدت میان متغیرها به کار گرفته شده است.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که نیروی کار تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر تولید ناخالص داخلی دارد، به طوری که یک درصد افزایش در نیروی کار موجب رشد 1.02 درصدی تولید ناخالص داخلی می‌شود. سرمایه نیز تأثیر مثبت ولی کمتری دارد؛ به نحوی که هر درصد افزایش در سرمایه، رشد 0.13 درصدی تولید را به دنبال دارد. تأثیر جمعیت نیز مثبت بوده، اما کمتر از نیروی کار است.

نتیجه‌گیری: آزمون هم‌انباشتگی نشان داد که نیروی کار، سرمایه و جمعیت دارای رابطه بلندمدت با تولید ناخالص داخلی هستند. این یافته‌ها تأکید می‌کند که سیاست‌گذاران باید توجه ویژه‌ای به تقویت نیروی کار، سرمایه‌گذاری هدفمند و بهره‌برداری بهینه از جمعیت داشته باشند.

Objective: This study aims to examine the effects of labor, population, and capital on Iran's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). In this regard, the long-term and short-term relationships between these variables were analyzed, and the contribution of each to the country's economic growth was determined.

Methodology: This research utilized the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model and the Cobb-Douglas production function. The data were analyzed using EViews software, and a cointegration test was employed to evaluate the long-term relationships among the variables.

Findings: The results indicate that labor has a significant and positive impact on GDP, where a 1% increase in labor leads to a 1.02% growth in GDP. Capital also has a positive but smaller effect, with a 1% increase in capital resulting in a 0.13% growth in GDP. The impact of population is also positive but less significant than labor.

Conclusion: The cointegration test revealed that labor, capital, and population have a long-term relationship with GDP. These findings highlight the importance of policymakers focusing on strengthening the labor force, targeted investments, and optimal utilization of the population to achieve sustainable economic growth.
