تحلیل تجربیات مؤسسات مردم‌نهاد آمریکا در مواجهه با انحرافات جنسی

چکیده

انحرافات جنسی امری زائیده عصر حاضر نیست و در طول تاریخ مصادیق متعددی از این انحرافات قابل‌مشاهده است؛ اما سازماندهی، قانونی سازی و تعریف آن به‌عنوان حقوق بشر، انحرافی انحصاری در عصر حاضر است. استفاده از انحرافات جنسی برای اجرای سیاست‌های کنترل جمعیت امری است که مورد تصریح متفکرین و سیاست مداران غربی قرار گرفته است. در این راستا محور اقدام پروژه تحدید نسل در ایران از جلوگیری یا کنترل بارداری به ازبین‌بردن بنیان خانواده و توسعه روابط جنسی غیرطبیعی و خارج از خانواده، تغییر جهت داده است. ازآنجایی‌که آمریکا مهد این انحرافات بوده و در مقابله با آن نیز مؤسسات مردم‌نهاد آمریکایی دارای تجربیات مختلفی هستند، ضروری است از تجربیات مؤسسات مذکور استفاده گردد. بنابراین هدف این پژوهش تحلیل تجربیات مؤسسات مردم‌نهاد آمریکایی در مواجهه با انحرافات جنسی است. پژوهش حاضر از استراتژی تحلیل محتوای کیفی بهره برده است. به لحاظ افق زمانی، تک مقطعی و بازه زمانی آغاز انقلاب جنسی دهه 80 میلادی تا زمان حاضر مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که مؤسسات مذکور در دو محور سیاست‌ها و اقدامات به مقابله با انحرافات پرداخته‌اند. از میان 27 کد استخراج شده در محور سیاست‌ها، 4 مقوله محوری شامل «حمایتی»، «آموزشی»، «ترویجی» و «تقابلی» و از میان 105 کد استخراج شده در محور اقدامات، 5 مقوله محوری شامل «تولید محتوا»، «آموزش و توانمندسازی»، «بسترسازی حقوقی و ساختاری»، «مشاوره و درمان» و «کنشگری و مبارزه» تحلیل و به دست آمد.

Sexual deviations are not something born of the present era and many examples of these deviations can be seen throughout history; But organizing, legalizing and defining it as human rights is an exclusive deviation in this era. Using sexual deviations to implement population control policies is something that has been specified by Western thinkers and politicians. In this regard, the focus of the action of the generation control project in Iran has changed from preventing or controlling pregnancy to destroying the foundation of the family and the development of unnatural sexual relations outside the family. Since America is the birthplace of these deviations and American NGOs have different experiences in dealing with it, it is necessary to use the experiences of the aforementioned institutions. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the experiences of American non-governmental organizations in facing sexual deviations. The current research has used the strategy of qualitative content analysis. In terms of the time horizon, a single point and the time period from the beginning of the sexual revolution in the 80s to the present time have been examined. The findings indicate that the Among the 27 codes extracted in the axis of policies, 4 key categories include "supportive", "educational", "promotional" and "confrontational" and among the 105 codes extracted in the axis of actions, 5 key categories include "content production", " Education and empowerment", "legal and structural foundation", "counseling and treatment" and "activism and struggle" were analyzed and obtained.
