Sexual deviations are not something born of the present era and many examples of these deviations can be seen throughout history; But organizing, legalizing and defining it as human rights is an exclusive deviation in this era. Using sexual deviations to implement population control policies is something that has been specified by Western thinkers and politicians. In this regard, the focus of the action of the generation control project in Iran has changed from preventing or controlling pregnancy to destroying the foundation of the family and the development of unnatural sexual relations outside the family. Since America is the birthplace of these deviations and American NGOs have different experiences in dealing with it, it is necessary to use the experiences of the aforementioned institutions. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the experiences of American non-governmental organizations in facing sexual deviations. The current research has used the strategy of qualitative content analysis. In terms of the time horizon, a single point and the time period from the beginning of the sexual revolution in the 80s to the present time have been examined. The findings indicate that the Among the 27 codes extracted in the axis of policies, 4 key categories include "supportive", "educational", "promotional" and "confrontational" and among the 105 codes extracted in the axis of actions, 5 key categories include "content production", " Education and empowerment", "legal and structural foundation", "counseling and treatment" and "activism and struggle" were analyzed and obtained.
